My personal favorite is #1, but there are definitely aspects of the other two that I like. Let me know what you think!
They're all good pics. But I agree, I'm partial to #1 too. You seem to projecting the "real you" :) Also, the background, angle and lighting are all very balanced and complimentary to you.
